A group of seven well educated, capable individuals all checked their emails, and NO ONE found the pick up time, so we arrived the 15 minutes early and were told that the the bus had come two hours earlier. Countless hours on the phone produced no satisfaction. That said, I'm sure the local cultural experience was amazing. Avoid using Viator.”
