“Hi, the details of the activity did not specify a 1 hour bus trip to the jetty. I did send an email querying the early pick up and was told this was due to passenger pick up. The shows and food was good. The boat ride back was risky in heavy rain, late at night in absolute darkness and a torch used for guidance. There were anout 45 to 50 people on a small boat! I think that safety and comfort of the passengers should be priority and mre specific details provided on the advert of the activity. Thank you”

“If there were a graphic for zero stars for VIATOR, that's what I would assign. VIATOR did not accurately communicate a pick up time, and we missed this tour. A group of seven well educated, capable individuals all checked their emails, and NO ONE found the pick up time, so we arrived the 15 minutes early and were told that the the bus had come two hours earlier. Countless hours on the phone produced no satisfaction. That said, I'm sure the local cultural experience was amazing. Avoid using Viator.”
