“Absolute disaster……. We were due to meet our guide at 1300 hrs at the port where our cruise ship berthed. He did not turn up. Another couple were also booked on the tour. We eventually managed to communicate with the tour office and the guide turned up an hour later. No apologies. He was in a standard car and we all had to cram in. Fargo small for four adults. The tour was meant to be a half day but was all over in two hours!
